摘要
对数控机床误差产生的原因作了详细的分析,并对现有误差检测方法进行了介绍,重点阐述了数控机床误差的软件补偿技术。通过数控机床误差补偿可以进一步提高机床的精度,为提高我国制造业水平做出贡献。
A detailed analysis is made on the reason why errors occur in the NC machine.The curren method of error detection is also introduced.It emphasizes the software methods to error compensation technology in the NC machine.By the technology of compensation,the precision of machine tools can be improve further, which can pitch in improving level of manufacturing for our country.
