摘要
介绍了OPC技术的原理和特点,分析了OPC数据存储的规范,根据OPC数据规范对OPC标准接口进行实现。针对实际工业中上位机组态软件WinCC6.0直接读取牛顿7000系列模块的采集信号较为困难,提出利用OPC技术开发服务器,采集牛顿模块数据,通过对OPC服务器的访问,便可实现上位机组态软件对数据的访问,解决了从不同硬件厂商获取数据的难题。
Introduce the principle of emerging technologies and characteristics of OPC,analysis of the OPC specification data storage,in accordance with OPC data to the norms of the OPC standard interface for achieve.Newton 7000 Series directly read the signal sampling module more difficult with WinCC6.0 PC configuration software in the actual industry,make use of OPC server technology development,acquisition the data of Newton module,through the access of OPC server,PC will be able to achieve the configuration software for data access,solve the problems of access to data from different hardware.
