摘要
该传输链在禽蛋自动分级生产线中可配合检测设备对禽蛋进行自动化检测。该传输链能够保证禽蛋按一定的运动规律间歇平稳传输,停歇的时间供检测装置进行检测,并能够实现禽蛋的自动翻转以使禽蛋得到全方位的检测。侧向定位装置避免了传输链在传输过程中的侧向摆动,保证了传输稳定性。
The delivery chain in the automatic egg grading line can cooperate with test devices to complete the eggs’data automatically.The delivery chain transport the eggs intermittently and steadily according to a certain law of motion,and is able to make the eggs turn automatically in order to get a full range of detection of eggs in the cease time.With lateral positioning devices,the delivery chain will transport eggs steadily without lateral swing.
