基于时序的故障分析方法在型面加工中的应用

摘要 介绍了等距型面的运动合成原理,并对其加工过程建立了时序故障模型;在此基础上分析了它的时序谱,找出了影响加工精度的若干原因,为进一步提高其加工精度提供了解决方案。 The principle of movement synthesis of the isometric polygonal profile was introduced and the time series model was established on the processing.Based on the former,analynosed the time-serie spectrum,seeked the several reasons of machining accuracy,provided solutions in order to further enhance the machining accuracy.
