摘要
针对固体发酵过程中主导参数难以在线实时测量和控制,运用软测量方法和智能控制技术,构建了一种多变量模糊神经控制系统及其解耦算法;综合应用传统的PID控制方法、模糊神经网络技术,并参考历史数据和专家经验取得优化控制。实验证明,该方法结构简单、具有较好的泛化性能,实时性和准确性可以满足生产要求。
Due to it is hard to control and measure main parameter in solid state fermentation process ad hoc,we con-struct a multi-variable fuzzy neural control system and its decoupling algorithm by using soft measurement and intelli-gent control technology.This system comprehensive application traditional PID control and fuzzy neural network technol-ogy.It gets optimal control by referring to historical data and expertise experiments.Experiments show that this method is simple and has good generalization performance,real-time and accuracy that can meet production requirements.
