一种基于非线性反馈补偿的定子磁链观测新方法

摘要 在直接转矩控制系统中,磁链观测容易受到电机参数的影响。特别是在低速范围内,电阻参数对磁链观测精度影响很大。通过对非线性反馈效应的分析,提出一种基于非线性反馈补偿的定子磁链观测新方法,利用扩张状态观测器对电机参数的变化进行估计并给予补偿,从而提高磁链观测的性能。仿真和试验结果验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 The stator flux observation is affected by the variation of motor parameters in direct torque control system. Especially at low speed range, the resistance parameters affect the accuracy of flux estimation mostly. According to the analysis of nonlinear feedback effect, a new method of stator flux observation based on nonlinear feedback compensation was proposed. The variation of resistance is estimated and compensated by extended state observer (ESO) to improve the performance of the stator flux observer. Simulation and experiment results confirm the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
