摘要
针对线切割自动编程系统的关键技术,在自由曲线造型、DXF文件读取、轨迹排序、C机能刀补等方面提供了算法、流程等解决方案,开发了一套较完善的线切割自动编程系统。实践证明:系统能满足国内中小企业的需求,操作简单、方便。
An automatic programming system for wire cutting was developed which provides a solution of algorithm,flow scheme,etc.to the key technologies like free curve modeling,DXF file reading,track sequencing and tool compensation.
