摘要
分析了河南省安阳市棉花生产的种植面积滑坡、植棉比较效益较低等现状与存在问题,提出了建立棉花产业化经营体系、推广先进技术、提高棉花质量的发展思路和确保棉农利益不受损害、实现棉花健康稳定发展的有效措施,对实现农业增效、农民增收和农村稳定具有十分重要的意义。
According to cotton production satus and problems of decreasing planted area and low benefit in Anyang city,this paper puts forward some effective measures,such as,estabishing cotton industrialized organization,popularizing advanced technology,and development strategy,for example,protecting peasant benefit and realizing cotton healthy and stable development.It is great significance to achieve agriculture benefit,increase peasant income and rural stability.
