胰岛素抵抗的细胞机理

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是目前公认的糖尿病的发病机制之一,并已成为诊断糖尿病的最佳指标.核磁共振光谱分析技术(NMR)可以非侵入性地测定细胞内代谢物浓度,为了解细胞内葡萄糖代谢和胰岛素抵抗的细胞机制提供了新的手段.总结了利用NMR技术所带来的关于胰岛素抵抗的细胞机理的新进展. Insulin resistance is one of pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus,and has become the best marker to diagnosis diabetes.Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum can determine the concentration of many metabolic substances in the cell by noninvasive methods,and it provides a new technique to understand the glucose metabolism and the cellar mechanisms of insulin resistance.Therefore,the purpose of this review is to summarize the new progress of cellar mechanism about insulin resistance.
