摘要
大学一年级是大学学习的起点,对大学生以后的学习和生活至关重要。以安徽大学入学新生作为调查对象,结果显示:新生入学前获取学校信息积极主动、获取信息渠道多样化,入学后整体适应状况良好,人际交往主动,但安全意识较薄弱;学习目标明确,但实践活动缺乏,对职业生涯发展规划的重要性认识不足。安徽大学对2008级大学新生实施"启航工程"教育,效果明显,评价较好。
Freshman year is the starting point for university study,which is critical for college students＇ later study and life.The results of a survey,based on the investigation into the undergraduates matriculated in School of Management in Anhui University,shows that the access to get school information is positive and the corresponding way is diverse before entering the university.It also shows that the overall adaptation is good,relationships is active,learning objective is clear,but their sense of safety is weak,practice is insufficient and the knowledge of the importance on the career development planning is not enough.Therefore,universities should be aware of these shortcomings and develop college entrance education systematically.As a result,Anhui University began to carry out the ＂Qihang Project＂ on freshmen in 2008,which has achieved obviously positive effects and good evaluation.
