摘要
研制了一种卢瑟福散射的实验装置，并介绍了其实验结果．由于采用了步进电机和半导体探测器，该装置具有结构紧凑。
An instrument for Rutherford scattering experiment is reported. With use of semiconductor detector and stepping motor, it has a compact construction and is easy to operate. The result of experiment by using of this instrument is presented.
