摘要 采用TI公司第2代射频收发器zigBee芯片CC2530,设计了适合于工业控制应用的无线手持器,叙述了无线手持器的总体设计方案,详细介绍了手持器的硬件设计和软件编程,并从系统硬件和软件着手,减少了系统功耗,增加了电池待机时间。经性能测试和项目实践证明,该手持器工作性能稳定、功耗低,在空旷地通信距离能达到400 m,能够满足工业无线遥控的要求。 This paper introduced a wireless handhold controller based on the second generation ZigBee SOC CC2530. Firstly a design scheme of handhold was proposed. Then the hardware and software is detailed described. An approach for low-power consumption of both hardware and software is adopted for extending the battery life. It is testified by project practice that this design have better performance, energy-saving property, long range as long as 400 m in an open-air, line-of-sight, outdoor environment, and meet the requirements of common industrial wireless control application.
