中国先进研究堆燃料元件包壳候选材料中温动水腐蚀 被引量:3

MIDDLE TEMPERATURE DYNAMIC WATER SIDE CORROSION OF FUEL CLADDING OF Al ALLOYS FOR CHINA ADVANCED RESEARCH REACTOR

摘要 对中国先进研究堆(CARR)燃料元件包壳候选材料LT24、305铝合金进行了温度为200℃、流速为10m/s的堆外动水腐蚀试验研究。腐蚀后试样的金相显微镜观察、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及电子探针分析、腐蚀速率的计算及氧化膜厚度的测量等结果表明:从腐蚀类型及其程度和氧化膜的剥落情况等方面看,305铝合金材料的抗中温动水腐蚀性能优于LT24铝合金;退火态和冷轧态的LT24铝合金的耐蚀性能未显示出差异。试验结果为CARR燃料元件包壳选材提供参考依据。 The out of pile middle temperature water side corrosion test of fuel cladding LT24 and 305 Al alloys for China advanced research reactor (CARR) under 100 ℃, 10 m/s dynamic condition were performed. The specimens exposured were analyzed by microscope examination, X ray diffraction, SEM, and EPDA ect. The results of analyses indicate that the corrosion resistance of 305 Al alloy is better than that of LT24 Al alloy. The examinations show no diference of corrosion resistance between annealing and cold rolling of LT24 Al alloys.
