经椎弓根固定治疗Anderson Ⅲ型齿突骨折

摘要 目的探讨经椎弓根内固定对Ⅲ型齿突骨折的治疗效果。方法对2006年3月至2009年3月收治的16例Ⅲ型齿突骨折患者进行改良经椎弓根内固定治疗。结果经过619个月,平均（8.5±1）个月的随访,16例骨折均愈合,临床症状完全消失13例,明显改善3例。无内固定物及脊髓神经相关并发症出现,寰枢椎间活动程度得到最大程度的保留。结论改良经椎弓根内固定技术治疗Ⅲ型齿突骨折手术创伤较小,恢复快,并保留了寰枢椎的生理活动功能。
