摘要
目的 探讨异位妊娠保守治疗临床效果.方法 对2007年7月～2010年6月在笔者所在医院就诊的148例异位妊娠患者进行药物保守治疗,其中观察组（A）76例应用MTX联合米非司酮及中药治疗,对照组（B）72例单用MTX进行治疗.结果 观察组治愈率为92.10%,对照组为72.22%,两组比较,经χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义.结论 MTX联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠比单独应用MTX效果好.
Objective To explore the curative effect of MTX combined with mifepristone and Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The 148 inpatients in our Hospital with ectopie pregnancy were divided into two groups：group A （76 cases） were treated with oral mifepristone （RU 496） and Chinese medicine combined with MTX single - dose （ 50 mg/m^2 ） intramuscular injection. Group B （ 72 cases） were treated with MTX single - dose （ 50 mg/m^2 ） intramuscular injection. Results Cure rate for ectopic pregnancy was 92. 10% in group A and 72.22% in group B（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of oral mifeprlstone and Chinese medicine combined with MTX intramuscular injection is higher than MTX single - dose （50 mg/m^2 ） intramuscular injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
