摘要
近期,由美日核密约以及日本内阁更迭引出的冲绳问题再次成为两国媒体上的热点。"二战"以来,对冲绳的争夺反映出日美同盟关系由"不对等"向"对等"发展的一个重要侧面。而历史形成并延续下来的冲绳"民间—官方"模式既提供了一扇解读日本国内政治的窗口,也成为观测日美同盟关系走向的风向标之一。
Okinawa problem was engendered by US - Japanese nuclear secret pact signed during the Cold War and the change of Japanese Cabinet again hit the frontline of the news media of the two countries. Rivalry for Okinawa reflects that US - Japanese alliance is witnessing an important aspect of change from inequality to equality. The historically- formed and historically sustained Okinawa grassroots vs. officialdom negotiation mode constitute a window through which to interpret the Japanese domestic politics and also can serve as one of the wind vanes to observe the orientation of Japanese- US alliance.
