摘要
目的探讨双气囊内镜(double-balloon endoscopy,DBE)在不明原因腹痛病因诊断中的应用价值。方法选择42例不明原因腹痛患者行DBE检查,对结果进行总结分析,并对发现阳性病灶的患者进行6～12个月的随访。结果以最终随访结果为诊断依据,本组患者中DBE的诊断阳性率为50%(21/42)。检出病灶以非特异性炎症最多,占45.8%(11/24)。结论 DBE检查对明确不明原因腹痛的病因具有重要指导意义。
Objective To explore the value of double-balloon endoscopy（DBE） in the diagnosis of unexplained abdominal pain.Methods Totally 42 patients with unexplained abdominal pain were examined by DBE and the results were analyzed.The patients who were found to have lesions were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results Based on the final follow-up results,DBE showed that the diagnosis rate of patients with unexplained abdominal pain in this group was 50%（21/42）.Non-specific inflammatory lesions were detected most,accounting for 45.8%（11/24）.Conclusion DBE examination in this study has a great guiding significance in clarifying the etiology of unexplained abdominal pain.
