摘要
目的:观察颈部脊柱微调手法治疗颈椎生理弧度变直、反弓的疗效。方法:对52例颈椎生理弧度变直、反弓患者治疗前后的ROM法评分及CR片颈曲测量法(Borden)C值进行比较分析。结果:经过治疗的患者症状体征明显好转,治疗前后ROM法评分及颈曲C值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:颈部脊柱微调手法能有效改善颈椎生理弧度的变直、反弓。
Objective：To observe the effect of neck manipulation treatment on straightened or reversed curvature of cervical spine.Methods：Fifty-two cases with straightened or reversed curvature of cervical spine were treated with neck manipulation, and before and after the treatment, ROM score system and CR system were used to compare the effect. Results：Significant improvement was showed in symptoms and signs after treatment. Also, there was significant difference in ROM score and cervical curvature C values before and after treatment. Conclusion： Cervical manipulation can improve the straightened or reversed curvature of cervical spine
