摘要
将土地客观配置经济规律融入新增建设用地指标分解中,探寻适合中国土地管理实际需要的理论与方法。在理论分析基础上将层次分析法用于乡镇新增建设用地指标分解中,以加快对乡镇新增建设用地指标分解的分析,提升中国土地资源规划管理的水平。
An economic law of land objective configuration was integrated into new construction land indicators decomposition searching for the theory and method that suit for China＇s land management of actual needs. The analytic hierarchy process was used to township newly-increased construction land indicators decomposition on the basis of theoretical analysis. Through an empirical research,this method can accelerate analysis township new construction land indicators decomposition and improve the level of land resource planning and management in China.
