周口市不同绿地大型土壤动物多样性调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为了解城市不同绿地大型土壤动物的分布规律。[方法]2009年4~5月份对周口市常见的4种不同绿地为研究对象,进行大型土壤动物多样性的调查研究。对调查样地采用随机定点、分层取样,手拣法野外采集大型土壤动物,在实验室内分析鉴定。[结果]共采获到大型土壤动物927只,隶属3门7纲14目。从总体讲,其中优势类群为柄眼目、正蚓目和膜翅目,分别占总捕获量的12.08%、21.25%和22.87%。常见类群为同翅目、蜘蛛目和鞘翅目幼虫等,分别占总捕获量的8.85%、7.12%和6.80%等。其余类群为稀有类群。多样性指数表现为苗圃绿地>防护绿地>公园绿地>道路绿地,但各调查样地的优势种类和常见种类有所不同。垂直分不显示大型土壤动物有明显的表聚现象。[结论]人为干扰较小的环境大型土壤动物的数量和种类较多。 In order to understand the distribution of the soil macro-fauna in the different greenbelts from March to May,2009,soil animal communities from 4 greenbelts in Zhoukou City were investigated.We collected the soil macro-fauna by the hand-sorting method.A total of 927 soil animals were captured and identified in the experiment,which belong to 3 phyla.7 classes and 14 orders.The results showed that Stylommatophora、Lumbricide and Hymenoptera were dominant species,accounting for 12.08%,21.25% and 22.87% of the total capture respectively.The common groups were Homoptera.Araneae,and Coleoptera larvae,accounting for 8.85%.7.12% and 6.80% respectively.The rest was rare species.the diversity index was Nursery greenbeltDefend greenbeltPark greenbeltRoad greenbelt,but the dominant communities and common group animals were different in different sample plots.The vertical distribution of soil macro-fauna had obvious surface assembly.The facts illustrated that environments which had less anthropogenic interference factors had more quantities and groups of soil animals.
