摘要
通过瞬态试验的方法,研究了涡轮叶片弦中区所采用的双层腔冷却结构的换热特性,讨论了冲击孔与气膜孔的相对位置和射流进口雷诺数对冲击板表面换热效果的影响,分别对2个试验模型的换热特性进行了比较。综合分析表明,模型的换热特性由2个换热因素控制,即冲击换热作用和气膜孔抽吸换热作用。
The heat transfer characteristic of cooling configuration of a double-layer cavity in the middle section of the turbine blade was studied by the transient experiment method.The arrangement of both the impingement hole and the film hole,and the injection Reynolds number effects on the heat transfer effectiveness of the impinging flat surface was discussed.The heat transfer characteristics of two experimental models were respectively compared.The comprehensive analysis shows that the heat transfer characteristic of the model is controlled by two heat transfer factors,which are the impingement heat transfer and the film hole pumping.
