摘要
针对传统方法评估航空发动机可修复件可靠性指标的部分不合理性,从外场可靠性信息特点着手,结合可修复件的结构特性,应用随机过程理论完善整个可修复附件的可靠性评估过程。基于可靠性评估模型、可靠性评估指标及外场数据等特点,提出了某型发动机可修复附件可靠性评估分类方案,为合理确定可修复附件的可靠性和维修性指标奠定了基础。
To solve some irrationality on valuating reliability index of aeroengine repairable accessories using the traditional method,the reliability evaluation process of the whole repairable accessories was consummated by the trait of field reliability information,the structure characteristic of the repairable accessories and the application of the random process.Basing on the characteristics of the reliability evaluation modal,reliability evaluation index and field data,the reliability evaluation classification scheme of an aeroengine repairable accessory was proposed to lay the foundation for reasonably confirming the reliability and maintainability index of the repairable accessories.
