摘要
采用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、比较等研究方法,从综合能力、核心能力与核心后卫3个层面,对第29届奥运会中国男篮后卫群体的弱势效应进行分析.研究结果表明,中国男篮后卫群体在综合能力上有3个指标(得分、助攻与抢断)与世界强队优秀后卫的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05).后卫队员缺少个人绝活,强对抗下得分硬实力不足,战术组织缺少技术支撑,攻防强度不对等,是造成中国男篮后卫群体与世界强队后卫群体能力差异的主要原因.建议中国男篮改变以高度为标准的择人模式,突出得分、攻击性防守与技战术能力在后卫培养中的地位,打造具有"快、准、灵"技术风格兼具个人绝活的后卫线.
By adopting the method of documentations,video,statistics and comparison,made a thorough analysis to the disadvantages of Chinese male basketball team（CMBT）＇s guard group in the 29th Olympic Game from the perspective of overall competence,core competence and key guard.The study has shown that the correlation value between overall competence of CMBT＇s guard and that of excellent international guard is significant with P〈0.05 on the three indexes.There are three main reasons accounting for this discrepancy,namely,the individual incompetence of guards,the inability for hard power in tough-fight scoring,lack of skill in strategic union,the asymmetrical strength in attack-defense.Therefore,some adjustments need to be made to the selective way for tall people,but an excellent guard who is individually competent in scoring,suffocation defense,techniques and tactics,with characteristics of ＂speedy,sharp,flexible＂ should be urgently cultivated or recruited.
