摘要
对比研究了X80钢经不同热处理后,不同浓度的NaC l腐蚀介质和自来水中的电化学腐蚀对其性能的影响。试验所用经不同工艺热处理的X80钢试样包括930℃淬火样、930℃淬火+650℃回火样、930℃淬火+645℃回火样、930℃淬火+630℃回火样和原样。研究表明,对于所选用的X80钢,热处理工艺没有显著改变其腐蚀性能;该材料在NaC l溶液中的腐蚀速率大于其在自来水中的腐蚀速率,且腐蚀速率、腐蚀电流密度随NaC l溶液浓度增大而增大,腐蚀电位随溶液中NaC l浓度的增大向负方向偏移。
The electrochemical corrosion action of X80 pipeline steel in water and NaCl liquid with different concentration after heat treatment was studied comparatively.The heat treatment processes included 930℃ quenching,930℃ quenching + 650℃ tempering,930℃ quenching + 645℃ tempering,930℃ quenching + 630℃ tempering and the original steel.The results indicated that the heat treatment process did not obviously change corrosive resistance of the selected X80 steel;the corrosion rate of X80 steel in NaCl liquid was greater than that in water,the corrosive rate and electric current density increased with NaCl concentration,and the corrosive voltage occurred offset towards negative direction with NaCl concentration increasing.
