摘要
采用有限元计算方法分析了稳态额定负荷工况下汽轮机阀座圆角半径对高压阀壳蠕变应力的影响。计算分析结果表明,在蠕变的初期,阀座圆角半径增大时,阀壳蠕变应力明显减小;进入稳态蠕变期后,蠕变应力趋于一个常数;不同阀座圆角半径情况下,稳态蠕变应力差别并不大;改变阀座圆角半径,其他部位蠕变应力基本保持不变。
Effect of valve seat fillet radius on creep stress of high-pressure(HP) steam turbine valve housings was analyzed at rated load under steady-state operating conditions.Results show that the creep stress reduces obviously with rising fillet radius during initial period of creeping;the stress keeps nearly constant when the creeping process gets to a steady state,i.e.the creep stress hardly changes with varying fillet radius;when the fillet radius is changed,the steady-state creep stress at other places remains basically unchanged.
