摘要
选用稀土硝酸镧和紫外线对米曲霉CICC-2339进行联合诱变,通过三角瓶发酵法筛选得到氨基酰化酶高产菌株SUVLa,其酶活提高率为35.13%。经遗传稳定性试验验证,遗传特性稳定。
First,aspergillus oryzae(2339-1) is produced by way of compound mutagenesis through the use of rare earth and UV light.Then,a fermentation screening method is adopted and a high-yield aminoacylase strain SUVLa is selected.In comparison with the parent strain,the enzyme activity is enhanced by 35.13%.Hereditary characters of the cultured strain are proved stable by the genetic stability experiment.
