摘要
为了解决中小物流企业联盟收益分配的难题,在相关文献梳理的基础上,针对多个中小物流企业,考虑成员企业的机会收益、贡献及主导企业的影响,利用合作对策理论,探讨联盟的收益分配,构建收益分配模型。采用多目标决策规划求解模型,用"风险共担"思想对分配结果进行修正。实例分析表明了该收益分配模型的有效性和合理性。
It is a great challenge to properly distribute profit among the members in a small-and-medium-size logistics enterprise alliance.By taking the incomes and contribution of each member enterprise,and the core role of the leading enterprise into account,cooperation game model is presented for the profit distribution problem.It can be solved by using multi-objective decision making programming.The solution is further improved by adjusting it with ＂risk sharing＂ concept.A case problem is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
