无源无损软开关在Buck-Boost变换器中的应用 被引量:4

The Application of Passive Lossless Soft-switch in Buck-Boost Converters

摘要 详细分析一种基于Buck-Boost变换器的无源无损电路单元,仅通过在变换器中附加一些无源元件实现了开关管的零电流导通和零电压关断,并将缓冲元件的能量回馈给变换器的输入输出端,达到了无损的效果。示出最优参数的方法,而且相比有源电路,该缓冲电路单元结构简单、控制方便、可靠性更高,并能在软开关的情况下保持开关管的最小电压应力,并与传统的Buck-Boost变换器进行比较,验证其具有更高的效率。 The Buck-Boost converter based on lossless passive circuit elements and add several passive components in the converter is analyzed,when the switch operateing at zero-voltage-switching turn-off and zero-current-switching turn-on.Circuit module takes energy of buffer components back to the converter input and output side which brings no loss of effect.The optimal parameter method is presented in this paper.Compared to active soft-switch,passive lossless soft-switch has advantages such as simple structure,easy controlling,high eliability,and they are also based on minimizing switch voltage stress while maintaining soft switching.Comparing with the traditional Buck-Boost converter,the circuit has high efficiency.
