摘要
通过原油储罐加热过程的数值模拟,分析其温度场及散热情况,从节能及安全角度对加热器的位置结构进行研究分析。并得出盘管加热器的最优外径尺寸,在此基础上得出储罐所需加热面积及加热盘管具体尺寸,最终减少储罐加热运行成本,达到节能目的,对改建或新建油罐提供了指导性建议。
The temperature field and heat elimination in heating process of crude oil tank were studied through numerical simulation.The location and structure of the heater were analyzed in terms of energy saving and safety.The optimal outer radius was obtained by several simulations on the oil tank with different outer radius of the heater,and the required heating surface and diameter of the coil pipe were also calculated.As a result,the running cost of the heating process for a crude oil tank is cut down,and the work provides guiding proposes on revamping or building new oil tanks.
