摘要
三网融合是一种广义的、社会化的说法,在现阶段它并不意味着电信网、计算机网和有线电视网三大网络的物理合一,而主要是指高层业务应用的融合,其表现为技术上趋向一致,网络层上可以实现互联互通,形成无缝覆盖,业务层上互相渗透和交叉,应用层上趋向使用统一的IP协议,在经营上互相竞争、互相合作,实现多样化、多媒体化、个性化服务的同一目标,行业管制和政策方面也逐渐趋向统一。三大网络通过技术改造,能够提供语音、数据、图像等综合多媒体的通信业务,这就是所谓的三网融合,在三网融合的多种业务中,广电如何发展语音业务是NGB框架下的关键。
As a generalized,socialized statement,at present,tri-networks integration doesn＇t mean the physical syncretism of telecommunication network,computer network and cable television network,but refers to the state of application convergence of top business services.For the network,tri-networks integration can realize interconnected and seamless coverage.For the business,it can interpenetrate and overlap.For the application,it tends to use the same IP protocol.For the management,it can trigger competition and enhance cooperation.In short,tri-networks integration can realize the ultimate goal of providing diversification,multi-media and personalization services for the users.At the same time,the unity trend becomes apparent in the aspects of industry control and policies.After technical transformation,three networks can supply communication services of comprehensive multi-media such as audio,data,pictures.That is tri-networks integration.In so many services,how to develop audio service under NGB is the key.
