摘要
充分研究了神华胜利露天煤矿GPS卡车调度系统的实际应用情况,在分析露天矿生产特点的基础上,确定了高效可行的露天矿生产作业设备优化调度和跟踪监控方法,建立了车辆自动调度系统、可靠的数据传输和智能数据分析体系。描述了系统总体目标、整体方案,论述了整个系统的工作原理,能够较为全面和准确地实时优化调度和监控整个露天矿的生产,为露天矿生产提供了科学有效的生产管理方法和智能化的生产指挥方法。
This paper fully studied on the actual situation of the GPS Dispatching System of Shenhua Shengli Coal Mine. Based on the full analysis of the production feature of the open mine, this article provides a feasible and efficient operation of tracking and monitoring equipment optimization methods, establishes the Automatic Vehicle dispatching system with reliable data transmission and intelligent data analysis system. The paper also describes the overall system goals, the overall program, and discusses the working principle of the whole system. Therefore, it is easier to generate a comprehensive and accurate real-time optimal scheduhng and to monitor the production of the open mine. It provides the scientific and effective production management methods and intelligent command methods of production.
