摘要
选取两种不同微观结构的蝴蝶翅膀作为模板,制备了具备蝶翅结构的TiO2膜,以它作为光阳极,组装成染料敏化太阳能电池。比较了两种电池的电流电压曲线,结果表明,采用准蜂窝状蝶翅膀光阳极的电池其光电性能优于准光子晶体蝶翅膀结构。对两种结构光阳极的微观形貌和反射光谱进行了表征,解释了电池性能的差异。
TiO2 film with different butterfly wing scales microstructures synthesized by using different butterfly wings as templates, have been assembled dye-sensitized solar cell as photoanode. Comparing the current voltage curve, it's found that QHS (quasi-honeycomb like structure) has better performance than QPCS(quasi-photonic crys- tal structure) for DSSC. The reason is explained by the characterization of the microstructure and the spectra of reflectance of the photonicanode.
