设计并完成了以开关电源为基础、单片机为核心,并且带有后备电源系统的抗晃电智能交流接触器控制模块。通过智能控制模块实现接触器动态过程控制,形成寿命高、可靠性强的新型电磁式智能接触器产品,可以广泛应用在石化、钢铁、矿山等对连续性生产要求比较高的企业中。
The anti-power-shaking intelligent AC contactor controller module with back-up power system was designed,which was based on switch source and single chip as core.The contactor dynamic process control of AC contactor was achieved through the intelligent control module.The new electromagnetic intelligent contactor prod-ucts could be used in petrochemical,steel,mining and other high requirements on the continuous production enter-prises.
