摘要
多次生态补水使白洋淀摆脱了严重的生态危机,在已完成的白洋淀生态补水工程的基础上,从生态效益、社会效益和经济效益几方面分析选取评价指标,建立了白洋淀生态补水效益评价指标体系,为进一步的效益评价提供依据。
Artificial recharge for ecological restoration of Baiyang Lake makes it get rid of serious ecological crisis.Based on the artificial recharge project for ecological restoration of Baiyang Lake,the authors established the evaluation index system on artificial recharge for ecological restoration of Baiyang Lake from the analysis and selection of assessment indexes in aspects of ecological environment,social efficiency and economic efficiency,for the basis of further assessment of benefits.
