摘要
氧化应激是多种心血管疾病的重要发病机制之一,降低体内的氧化应激水平,对心血管疾病的防治具有重要的意义。核因子相关因子2是最近发现的体内调控氧化应激的重要转录因子,具有抗炎、抗凋亡、抗增殖、保护心肌细胞等作用。现就核因子相关因子2在心血管疾病中的作用做一综述。
Oxidative stress is involve in a variety of cardiovascular diseases,reducing oxidative stress has become an important therapeutic target for cardiovascular diseases.Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 is an important transcription factor that controls the expression of a battery of cytoprotective genes and it plays an important role in the control of inflammation,apoptosis,proliferation and protecting cadiocyte.In this review,we focus on the role of nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 in cardiovascular diseases.
