摘要 红细胞分布宽度是反映周围红细胞体积大小变异性的参数。近年研究发现,红细胞分布宽度增高与急、慢性心力衰竭的严重程度与预后有关。这可为临床提供心力衰竭患者的危险度分层及判断预后的重要信息。但其根本机制尚待进一步探讨。 Red cell distribution width（RDW） is a quantitative measurement of the variability in size of circulating erythrocytes.Recent studies have demonstrated that elevated RDW is associated with the severity of and prognosis of patients with acute or chronic heart failure.This could provide important information for clinical risk stratification and prognosis in heart failure patients.However,the underlying mechanism needs further investigation.
