摘要
自从采矿业出现后,矿难也应运而生,特别是当代社会,矿难事件逐渐占据了各大媒体的头条,年年"荣跃"我国十大灾难的榜首。值此全国各地大力倡导"以人为本"之际,通过对古东洋地区上洋村张彭八、张魏六兄弟和贡川村陈龙井创新性地利用素朴的天气预报技术在芹溪、官司银矿的开采中发挥的作用进一步指出创新在采矿业中的重要地位,愿仁者见仁、智者见智,以期达成抛砖引玉之效。
Since the appearance of mining industry,mining accident emerge at the moment. Especially in modern society,mining accident event occupy the headlines of various kinds of media,which become top one disaster. At the moment of advocating the policy of people first,this article makes an analysis on the creative use of simple weather forecast in Qinxi silver ores by Zhang pengba and Zhang weiliu in Shangyang village and Chen longjing in Gongcun village,and further points the importance of creativity in mining industry. Wish the benevolent see benevolence and the wise see wise so as to offer valuable suggestions.
