摘要
以聚L-乳酸(PLLA)为原料、四氢呋喃和异丁醇的混合物为溶剂,采用热诱导相分离法结合冷冻萃取法,制备了聚乳酸多孔支架材料,探讨了陈化温度、淬火温度对支架材料形态的影响。结果表明,随着陈化温度的降低,支架材料的平均孔径先增大后减小,在30℃下陈化所得支架材料的平均孔径最大;支架材料的形态也随淬火温度的改变而发生变化,其中在-30℃下淬火所得支架材料的平均孔径最大,孔的形态最好,而在液氮下淬火所得支架材料无孔。
The poly(L-lactide)(PLLA) porous scaffolds was prepared by thermally induced phase separation method combined with freezing extraction method,using a mixture of tetrahydrofuran and isobutyl alcohol as solvents.The influences of ageing temperature and quenching temperature on micro-structure of the prepared scaffolds were studied.The results showed that,when the ageing temperature was decreasing,initially the average pore diameter of scaffolds increased,then decreased.The average pore diameter of the scaffolds aged at 30℃ was the largest.The micro-structure of the scaffolds was also changed with the quenching temperature,which was the best and the average pore diameter was the largest when quenching was at-30℃.There was no pore in the scaffolds when quenching was in liquid nitrogen.
