摘要
降低老年痴呆危险的战略的一个突出特点,是让居民掌握老年痴呆早期发病的知识,并认识到通过降低风险能延缓因疾病导致的社会和经济成本。本研究探讨社会营销在社区教育战略中的效果,并分析其在降低老年痴呆危险中的作用。本文重点介绍通过大众传媒的社会营销在强化社区对公共卫生问题意识方面的效果。结论为应该在今后的公共卫生项目中使用社会营销技术,在降低老年痴呆危险的项目中,更应该在特定的目标人群中使用社会营销。
The emergence of dementia risk reduction strategies has been informed by the knowledge that the onset of dementia and its associated social and economic costs can be delayed. The potentially key role of social marketing was examined as part of a project to explore the effectiveness of community education strategies to guide the direction of dementia risk reduction. This article reviews the social marketing effectiveness of the mass media to increase community awareness of public health issues. The need to apply social marketing techniques to future public health education programs, as well as tailoring them to target specific populations is discussed, particularly in the context of dementia risk reduction.
