干骺端全髋关节置换术13例临床效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价干骺端全髋(METHA)短柄髋关节系统在髋关节置换中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析13例髋关节疾病患者行短柄髋关节假体置换术的手术时间、术中出血量、进行关节功能(Harris)评分和放射学评估。结果随访9~15个月,平均12个月。手术时间120~180min,平均150min;术中出血量200~600ml,平均400ml。患者无一例发生伤口感染、术后脱位、双下肢不等长和假体松动等并发症。术前Harris评分(38.6±1.3)分,术后12个月Harris评分(89.4±3.0)分。结论应用METHA短柄髋关节系统置换髋关节具有创伤小、出血少、符合人体生物力学、假体稳定、假体易翻修的特点,具有较好的临床应用前景。 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of metaphyseal total hip arthroplasty(METHA).Methods Totally 13 patients with hip joint diseases underwent METHA in our hospital.The operation duration,intra-operative blood loss,Harris scores,and radiological findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results Patients were followed up for 9~15 months(mean:12 months).The duration of operation ranged 120~180 min(mean:150 min).The intra-operative blood loss was 200~600 ml(mean:400 ml).No complication such as wound infection,postoperative dislocation,inequality of lower limbs,or prosthetic loosening was reported.Harris scores were(38.6±1.3)before surgery and(89.4±3.0)12 months after surgery.Conclusion METHA has many advantages such as less invasive,fewer blood loss,good compliance with human biomechanics,stable implant,and good maintainability,which guarantee their further clinical application.
