摘要
目的 对ROCH cobas e 601和ADVIA Centaur XP两台仪器进行比对研究,探讨不同仪器检测结果是否具有可比性.方法 按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）批准的EP9-A2文件要求,以FT3为比对项目,ROCH cobas e 601电化学发光免疫分析仪为比较仪器,ADVIA Centaur XP全自动化学发光免疫分析仪为实验仪器,进行比对分析.结果 ROCH cobas e 601和ADVIA Centaur XP测定的FT3结果相关性良好,（相关系数r=0.986）,两组结果预期偏差在允许范围内,可以接受.结论 ROCH cobas e 601和ADVIA Centaur XP两台仪器检测结果基本一致,可满足临床需要.
Objective To perform comparative study on ROCH cobas e 601 and ADVIA Centaur XP, and explore the comparability of testing results obtained from different equipments. Methods According to NCCLS EP9 - A2,we used ROCH cobas e 601 as a reference method to make compaire to ADVLA Centaur XP with FI3. Results The correlation of FT3 tested by ROCH eobas e 601 and ADVIA Centaur XP was good （r= 0.986） ,and the expected deviates on the results were all below the EA that is acceptable in clinic. Conclusion The results tested by ROCH cobas e 601 and ADVIA Centaur XP were correlated and capable of attaining the clinical demand.
