中美中小学助学读物的管理现状比较及启示

摘要 中美两国由于在文化传统和教育理念与管理体制等方面存在着比较大的差异,从而使得两国在中小学助学读物的管理方面也存在着比较大的差异,如管理机构、出版种类、操作环境以及使用主体等。积极地借鉴和学习美国在中小学助学读物管理方面的成功经验,并且对我国现行中小学助学读物的管理现状进行深入、客观地反思,这有利于我国中小学助学读物管理机制的改革。 For the wide differences in cultural traditions,educational philosophy and management system in China and America,there are large differences in management of reading materials in primary and secondary school,such as management structure,publishing type,operating environment and using subject.To actively learn the successful experience of management of primary and secondary schools' reading material from the United States,and to reconsider our current management deeply and objectively is beneficial to China's rational reform of management of primary and secondary schools' reading material.
