摘要
目前在我国医疗工作的实践中，医疗纠纷呈上升趋势。然而，解决和处理医疗纠纷与医疗事故的法律、法规尚不够规范统一。这无疑给司法机构、卫生行政部门及医疗机构裁决和处理医疗纠纷带来很多麻烦。随着我国法制的逐步健全，法律、法规的不断完善，医疗事故处理的法律亟待统一规范，以利于全社会遵法、守法、执法的实现。
Nowadays,the number of medical disputes has been increasing in medical practice in our country,but the regulations on how to deal with medical disputes and malpractice are not conformable with one another,which undoubtedly causes a lot of trouble for judicatory institution,health administration and medical institutions.With the improvement on the legal system and regulations in our country,there is an urgent demand for conformable criteria on the disposal to malpractice in medicine,which may help the realization for the whole society to conform to the law.\;
