摘要
采用静力加载的方法,对活动房屋骨架与活动房整体的框架内力及变形进行雪荷载试验。通过对两者的弯矩、竖向位移以及水平位移的比较,验证了铺设面板后的整体房屋存在蒙皮效应。并利用框架与蒙皮板的相对柔度,定量地计算了蒙皮板与框架各自承担荷载的大小。比较了试验、理论分析与有限元模型得到的水平位移,提出按英国应力蒙皮设计规范的方法计算本房屋荷载误差较大。同时对集中荷载下整体结构的性能进行了研究。
The experimental investigation on the frame stress and deflection of mobile-houses frame and cladding structure under snow load was carried out.The comparison of the moment,vertical displacement and horizontal displacement between the frame and the cladding structure indicates that the cladding structure has great stressed skin diaphragm.The forces of the sheeting and the frame were calculated by utilizing the relative flexibility of the sheeting panel and the frame.The horizontal displacement of the cladding structure was analyzed based on the experimental approach,the theoretical investigation and the finite element method.It is proposed that it has great inaccuracy when adopted the British standard.The performance of the cladding structure under concentrated loads was also studied.
