固体脉冲Nd:YAG激光切割AZ31B镁合金的工艺研究 被引量:3

Investigation of Cutting Process of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Plate via Solid-state Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser

摘要 利用固体脉冲Nd:YAG激光对AZ31B变形镁合金的切割工艺进行了研究。结果表明,当平均功率和脉冲宽度相同时,切缝宽度随着脉冲频率的增大而减小;平均功率和脉冲频率相同时,脉冲宽度是影响切缝宽度的主要参数;脉冲频率和脉冲宽度相同时,切缝宽度随着平均功率、峰值功率和单脉冲能量的增大而增加;在相同的平均功率、峰值功率和脉宽比下,脉冲宽度是影响切缝宽度主要参数。脉冲激光切割薄板镁合金时应选择较小脉宽、中等频率和适当的峰值功率的原则。 In this paper, the cutting parameters of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Plate by using a solid-state pulse Nd..YAG laser was mainly studied. The results show that kerf width decreases with pulse frequency increases under the same average power and pulse width. Keeping average power and pulse frequency constant, pulse width is the primary parameter to influence the kerf width. Kerf width increases in accordance with the changing of average power, peak power and pulse energy as pulse frequency is equal to pulse width. In the same of average power, peak power and duty cycle constant, pulse width is the primary parameter which affects the kerf width. Smaller pulse width, moderate pulse frequency and medium peak power should be used when cutting magnesium alloy by means of pulse laser.
