摘要
很多电子设备都有额定电流,工作中都不允许超过额定电流,否则会烧坏设备.所以大部分用电设备都设置了过流保护模块.当电流超过设定电流时候,设备自动断电,以保护设备.本文设计了一种反时限过流保护定时电路,该电路结构简单,反应速度快,系统可靠稳定.
Most of electric equipments have their rated current,it is not allowed to exceed the rated current during working,otherwise the equipment will be burnt.So that most electric equipments have their over-current protection module.When the current exceeds the setting value,the power will be turned-off for protecting.This paper designed an inverse time lag over-flow protection circuit,it has a simple structure and quick respond,the system reliability and stability.
