摘要
目的:探讨事件刺激处理时心理活动的脑电生理改变。方法:应用脑电地形图的检测技术对30例正常人安静状态及在两种作业难度下脑电功率值的变化进行观察。结果:①事件刺激后α2频带功率值降低,β、α1频带功率值增高,变化以枕区、顶区、后颞区的功率值最为显著;②随作业难度的增加α2频带功率呈梯度降低,β频带功率则呈梯度增高;③在心算过程中,安静状态下呈现的两侧半球电位值差异消失。结论:心算期间大脑皮层出现事件相关去同步化,并存在区域性差异。
Objective: To probe into the brain
electrophysiological changes of mentality during event stimulus. Method: The power values of
30 normal subjects were observed by means of BEAM under peaceful conditions and two kinds
of tests.THZResults: 1After event stimulus, the power value of 2 frequancy band was decreased
and that of 1, frequancy band were increased significantly in occipital, parietal and posterior
temporal lobes. 2.The 2 power value decreased and the power value increased step by step
with the increase of the task difficulty. 3. The potential differences between hemispheres in
peaceful conditions disappear during mental arithmetic. Conclusions: There was cortical
eventrelated desynchronization in subjects during mental arithmetic. The difference of the
desynchronization was noted in different cortical areas. The more difficult task could induce
more widespread and protracted cortical desynchronization.
