食品污染物中副溶血性弧菌血清型、毒力及耐药性研究 被引量:6

Serotype,virulence and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from food contaminant

摘要 目的:了解温州市食品污染物中副溶血性弧菌血清群分布、产毒素特性及耐药性,为防治副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法:参照GB/T4789.7-2008,用标准血清进行分型,用多重PCR测定tdh、trh和tlh毒力基因;用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果:35株副溶血性弧菌分属于9个血清群,分别为O:4群占28.6%(10/35)、O:1群占20%(7/35)、O:3群占14.3%(5/35)、O:5群占14.3%(5/35)、O:2群占8.6%(3/35)、O:10群占5.7%(2/35)、O:11群占2.9%(1/35)、O:6群占2.9%(1/35)、、O:8群占2.9%(1/35)。35株副溶血性弧菌的tdh、trh结果均阴性,tlh全部为阳性。药敏试验结果显示,35株副溶血性弧菌对20种抗生素的耐药率,以氨苄西林最高(97.1%)。结论:温州市食品污染物分离的副溶血性弧菌具有血清分群多样性,应防止有食品污染物引起的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病,建议加强食品污染物监督检查。 Objective:To understand the serogroup distribution,toxin-producing characteristics and resistance to antibiotics of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food contaminant,and provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of disease caused by V.parahaemolyticus.Methods: Using the standard technique GB/T 4789.7-2008,serotypes were determined by standard serum and virulence genes tdh,trh and tlh were also determined by multiple PCR.Agar diffusion method was used to test the antibiotic susceptibility.Results: 35 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus consisted of nine serum groups:O:4 28.6%(10/35)、O:1 20%(7/35)、O:3 14.3%(5/35),O:5 14.3%(5/35),O:2 8.6%(3/35),O:10 5.7%(2/35),O:11 2.9%(1/35),O:6 2.9%(1/35),O:8 2.9%(1/35).Tdh and trh is negative in any of the 35 strains,tlh all positive.Susceptibility tests showed that 35 VP strains were resistant to 20 kinds of antibiotics,with the highest resistance to ampicillin(97.1%).Conclusion: The VP isolated from food pollutant in Wenzhou City have diversified characteristics of serological type.Should be established to prevent any food of food-borne illnesses by V.parahaemolyticus.Proposal to strengthen the supervision and inspection food contaminant.
