摘要
人民币国际化的目标应该是实现在东亚、东南亚和上海合作组织的区域化。在具体的路线图设计上,应分短期、中期和长期3个阶段分步推进。在人民币国际化进程中,要汲取当年日元国际化的经验与教训,使人民币国际化服从我国改革的进程,特别要注意防控人民币国际化可能带来的风险,做好应对准备。
The target of the RMB internationalization should be its regionalization in East Asia,Southeast Asia and Shanghai Cooperation Organization.As for the design of the roadmap,China should promote the RMB internationalization in three phases：short-term,medium-term and long-term.In this process,China should learn lessons from Japanese Yen internationalization.Domestic reform process should be prior to RMB internationalization.China should especially attach importance to the possible risks of RMB internationalization and make preparations to deal with those risks.
