摘要
目的研究洗涤式自体血回输在休克动物中的应用价值。方法以犬股动脉放血制作失血性休克模型,实验组采用京精ZT-2000型血液回输机进行自体血回输治疗。对照组休克犬进行林格氏液输注,观察实验前后动物各项生理指标、红细胞的各项指数以及血小板数量。结果与对照组相比,实验组的动物血液中红细胞各项指数保持良好,无一例回输血过程中出现寒战、发热、溶血等不良反应,全部动物存活,两组比较差异显著。洗涤后的血液中血小板数量明显下降。结论洗涤式自体血回输对连续失血性休克的救治作用肯定,能明显提高实验动物的存活率及存活时间,可有效节约血源,特别是在经济落后以及爱滋病、传染病高发地区更有实际意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of autologous blood transfusion in animal experiments.Methods: Hemorrhagic shock model was made by dog femoral artery bloodletting.The control group received the treatment by the infusion of Linger's liquid;Experimental group were treated using autologous blood transfusion.Retrospective analysis was made of the data of preoperative and postoperative Hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),platelet(PC),activated partal thromboplastin time(APTT).Results: Experimental results showed that,compared with the control,each index of the treatment group maintained good,and experimental animals all lived,which showed remarkable differences in comparison.No autologous blood transfusion complications occurred in all animals.After washing,the blood platelet quantity decreased obviously.Conclusion: Autologous blood transfusion for the treatment of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock action can effectively reduce blood loss and homologous blood transfusion,which has clinical significance especially in the backward economy and AIDS epidemic areas.
